Taking the form of a 10-day residency, the renowned restaurant is inviting acclaimed Japanese female chef Sayaka Sawaguchi to create a limited edition menu for an unparalleled epicurean experience.
Chef Sawaguchi, whose devotion to precision, fermentation, and traditional techniques embodies the very spirit of Kudawari—the relentless pursuit of perfection – will take over the kitchen July 9-19, in an immersive collaboration with Le Sushi Bar’s team of culinary alchemists.
